Buzzard’s Roost won big at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition with not one, but two Gold Medals!
Buzzard’s Roost Peated Barrel Rye and Barrel Strength Bourbon both took home a Gold Medal. Peated Barrel Rye and Barrel Strength Bourbon were added to Buzzard’s Roost’s collection in 2021 and they have received critical acclaim.
Peated Barrel Rye is an exquisite and unique expression that is carefully aged in our proprietary barrels that are smoked with the finest peat logs imported from Scotland. Peated Barrel Rye is a delicate mixture of sweet and smoky.
Our first Bourbon release, Barrel Strength Bourbon, is a complex and sophisticated bourbon that is packed with flavor and is perfect for sipping in straight or in a classic Old Fashioned.
Buzzard’s Roost’s success didn’t stop there. Our Toasted Barrel Rye and our Toasted French Oak Bourbon both took home Silver Medals. Buzzard’s Roost now has a total of seven medals from the San Francisco World Spirits Awards.
