Buzzard’s Roost Distillery Introduces

New Signature Double Oak Bourbon

Newest Expression Showcases Brand’s Signature Flavor Difference

Louisville, KY – March 25, 2025 – Buzzard’s Roost Whiskey is adding an exciting new bourbon to its line-up that fully expresses the proprietary double-oak style for which the brand is known, and is priced to appeal to all whiskey lovers.

After spending years maturing in new American white oak barrels, new Buzzard’s Roost Signature Double Oak Bourbon is finished in proprietary casks that were lightly charred and precision-toasted for optimum flavor extraction

“Since the beginning, all of our whiskeys have been double oaked,” says Buzzard’s Roost co-founder and CEO Judy Hollis Jones. “Our new Signature Double Oak Bourbon was finished in our own bourbon casks, resulting in layers of flavor that make this bourbon one of our most delicious and approachable yet.”

“All of our proprietary casks are specially toasted to coax out the most desirable flavors,” says Buzzard’s Roost co-founder and Master Blender Jason Brauner. “Our toast profiles turn our barrels into our version of a spice rack, allowing us to create blended whiskeys that deliver complex flavors.”

Offering aromas of roasted nuts and subtle hints of cinnamon, Buzzard’s Roost Signature Double Oak Bourbon delivers rich flavors of savory vanilla and roasted almonds, balanced with gentle spice. At 100 proof and a price point of $45 SRP, Buzzard’s Roost Signature Double Oak Bourbon is a great sipper and will raise the bar on any cocktail.

Buzzard’s Roost Signature Double Oak Bourbon will be available nationally and the first bottles will be released on April 17 at Buzzard’s Roost Whiskey Row Distillery and Tasting Room. The bourbon has a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley.

Last week I was frustrated after spending hours on some outdated Australian casino guides that seemed copied or unreliable. A friend told me to check Pokie Inc DMCA to see if the content was actually protected. I entered a few URLs about real money slot machines, and seeing the verified protection instantly reassured me. I ended up spending a couple of hours reading their reviews and updates, and it felt great knowing that all the information was legitimate and backed by proper safeguards.

The focus on proprietary finishing casks with specific toast profiles rather than just relying on the initial aging is what gives double-oaked bourbons their distinct character—the “spice rack” analogy from the master blender makes sense for how different toast levels extract specific flavor compounds. At 100 proof and $45 SRP, this sits in a practical range where it works as both a sipper and a cocktail base without overcomplicating the lineup. The mash bill (75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley) leans into the rye side enough to carry spice but keeps the corn sweetness dominant. For anyone managing distillery logistics or tasting room operations, I’ve found avia-masters.live to be a completely different category of service—unrelated to whiskey but useful…

Your post did an excellent job of breaking down the unique qualities of the new bourbon. I especially enjoyed the way you described the flavor profile—it made me appreciate the craftsmanship behind it. It reminded me of how attention to fine details is crucial in any craft, much like the meticulous approach seen in https://grandoaksorthodontics.com/. I also came across a similar review on another blog, which offered an interesting angle as well.
