While most of Buzzard’s Roost Rye Whiskeys are finished in a Level Char 1 Barrel, our latest release, Toasted Barrel, is finished in one-of-a-kind toasted barrels with no char. By leaving off the char and simply going with a toasted barrel, it allowed Master Blender Jason Brauner to quickly and accurately deliver the flavors he wanted in this 105 proof rye.
