Even though the holidays will look different this year, we still plan on making them festive. Join Bourbon Expert and Author Susan Reigler, our Master Blender Jason Brauner and our CEO Judith Hollis Jones for a virtual cocktail class on December 16th at 6 pm ET. As part of the class, you’ll make several variations of a Manhattan, learn about glassware and pull together a single-serve charcuterie (perfect for those solo celebrations or those looking to socially distance). There will also be a bonus dessert cocktail recipe to round out the class.
Proceeds from the class will go to Les Dames d'Escoffier Kentucky Chapter’s charity of choice - Apron, Inc., a non-profit which supports members of the service industry. To register visit Chibo.

The format seems cozy and well thought out: cocktails, stories about tableware, and even a small snack create the atmosphere of a real celebration at home. I think it's a good way to spend the evening and learn something new. There are many interesting online services for leisure now — for example, I recently came across AI chat: joi ai chat, where you can also find an interactive format for communication. In general, such events help to make holidays warmer even at a distance, and it looks quite modern and convenient.
