About the Recipe
2 ounces Buzzard’s Roost Barrel Strength Bourbon
.25 ounces Meletti amaro
Dashes of chocolate bitters
Optional: cocktail smoker
Smoke an orange peel and cover with a rocks glass. Mix the Buzzard’s Roost Barrel Strength Bourbon, amaro and bitters in a glass over ice. Pour the mixture into the smoked glass. Twist the orange peel over the glass, garnish and enjoy!
If you do not have a cocktail smoker, you can use a fresh orange peel for garnish.
