Buzzard’s Roost is bridging the gap between whiskey and music. Buzzard’s Roost and Ryan Necci and The Buffalo Gospel have teamed up to mix exceptional whiskey with exceptional music.
After being introduced to Buzzard’s Roost, Necci was left feeling inspired by the name and buzzard roosting on the branch logo. Necci took this opportunity and inspiration and put pen to paper and wrote the song “Buzzard’s Roost.”
“Everything about that bottle caught my attention, from the name of it to the image on the bottle to the liquid inside,” said Necci. “I couldn’t stop thinking about it and it set my songwriting engine in motion. I love whiskey and I’m happy to collaborate with the top-shelf team at Buzzard’s Roost.”
Necci and Buzzard’s Roost Master Blender, Jason Brauner, got together to create a cocktail together to celebrate this exciting collaboration, cleverly named, The Buffalo Gospel Manhattan. This innovative twist on the classic Manhattan incorporates Buzzard’s Roost Barrel Strength Bourbon, smoked orange, armaro, and a couple of dashes of chocolate bitters.
Necci will be performing “Buzzard’s Roost” live at Frankfort Avenue Liquors in Louisville, KY on Saturday, February 26th from 7-9pm. In addition to the performance, Buzzard’s Roost cocktails will be on the menu.
