About the Recipe
2 ounces Buzzard’s Roost Barrel Strength Bourbon
2-3 tsp. sugar
3-4 mint leaves
1/4 cup frozen blackberries
2 ounces club soda
In a cocktail shaker combine sugar, mint leaves, lime, blackberries, and Barrel Strength Bourbon then muddle. Add a handful of ice, shake and combine.
Strain cocktail over an old fashioned glass with ice, top off with club soda. Garnish with additional basil, berries, and lime. Enjoy!
